Terms of Use
Last updated 6 November 2026
These terms apply when you use Baysson. By creating an account you agree to them, and to our Acceptable Use Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Who runs Baysson
Baysson is run by its founder and is not yet a registered company. We will update these terms when that changes.
What Baysson is
Baysson is an invite-only service. Members read short articles written by AI and sum each one up in their own words. The articles are invented practice material, not real news.
Earnings shown on our site are maximums, not promises. They assume you complete every task every day, and tasks may not always be available. Don’t pay for a plan with money you can’t afford to lose.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older.
- You need an invite code, and you can hold one account only.
- You must verify your phone number and pass an ID check. We review IDs by hand.
- The details you give us must be true and your own. Keep your password private.
Plans and fees
- The Free plan gives you a small number of tasks in total. Paid plans give you a daily task limit.
- Paid plans cost a one-time fee, shown on our pricing section and at checkout.
- Moving from Starter to Pro is a separate payment of the full Pro fee.
- Plan fees are not refundable, except as our Refund Policy explains.
Tasks and earnings
Your pay for a task is added to your balance when you submit it. We may review submissions. If we reject one, its pay is removed from your balance, and your balance can go below zero.
Invites
When someone you invite is fully verified, you earn $0.50. When they buy a plan, you unlock extra daily tasks: +1 for Starter and +2 for Pro, up to +10 a day. Extra tasks only apply while you are on a paid plan.
Withdrawals
- Baysson keeps 20% of each withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal is $1.
- We review each request, and we may reject one and give the reason. The money then returns to your balance.
- Most payouts are currently sent by hand, so they can take time. Payout dates may apply.
- If a payout fails, the money and the fee return to your balance.
- Amounts in your local currency are estimates. The final amount uses the rate Baysson applies at the time.
Your status and taxes
You are not an employee of Baysson. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn, and we don’t deduct it for you.
Suspension and deletion
If we suspect a breach of these terms or fraud, we may suspend you from tasks. You can still sign in, use your wallet and withdraw. We may also delete your account. When we delete an account, any balance is lost, pending withdrawals are cancelled, and plan fees are not refunded.
Closing your account
You can close your account in Settings, unless a withdrawal is in progress or your balance is $1 or more. Any balance under $1 is given up.
Changes and availability
We may change Baysson, its plans, its pay and these terms. Changes to plan fees don’t affect what you have already paid. We don’t promise the service will always be available or free of errors.
Liability
Baysson is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the plan fees you paid us. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. Mandatory consumer laws in your own country still apply to you.
