This policy explains what Baysson collects, why, and who sees it. Baysson is run by its founder and is not yet a registered company.
What we collect
- Account: your name, email, phone number, country and password. The password is stored in a form we can’t read.
- ID check: photos of your ID and a selfie if your country uses document checks, or your ID number if it uses number checks. We keep only the last 4 digits of the number, plus a scrambled fingerprint of it for spotting repeat accounts. We don’t check ID numbers against any government record.
- Payouts: the bank, wallet or other payout details you add, including the full account number and name.
- Activity: your task summaries, how long tasks took, your earnings, plan payments and withdrawals.
- Device and security: a device identifier held in a cookie, and your IP address, used in scrambled form for rate limits.
- Support: the messages you send us.
- Notifications: your browser’s push details, if you turn notifications on.
We don’t collect your card details. Korapay handles those on its own payment page.
Why we use it
- To run your account, check who you are, and pay you.
- To stop fraud, such as repeat IDs, shared devices, and rushed or copied work.
- To answer support requests and send notifications.
- To keep the records we may need for tax and disputes.
Who we share it with
We use these companies to run Baysson. We don’t sell your personal information.
- Supabase: database, logins and ID photo storage, in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Vercel: hosts the site and runs its servers.
- Twilio: sends phone verification codes.
- Korapay: takes plan payments, checks account names, and sends some payouts.
- DeepSeek: a company based in China whose AI writes some support replies, which are labelled as AI. It receives your support question and basic account facts such as your plan. It doesn’t receive your name, email, phone, ID or bank details, and we remove emails and numbers you type before sending.
Your details can be processed outside your country. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Who at Baysson sees it
The admin sees your account details, compares your ID photos by hand, and sees full payout details while a withdrawal is waiting.
How long we keep it
- ID photos and your other personal details stay until your account is closed or deleted.
- When that happens, we erase your name, contact details, ID photos, payout details and support chat.
- Payment, earnings and withdrawal records stay with your name removed, for tax and disputes. Your task summaries stay too, so please don’t put personal details in them.
- If you were suspended, we keep your scrambled ID fingerprint so that closing an account can’t be used to get around a suspension.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to see, correct or erase your information, object to how we use it, or complain to your data protection authority. You can close your account in Settings at any time, unless a withdrawal is in progress or you have $1 or more to withdraw.
Age
Baysson is for people aged 18 or older.
